Become an Artist — SPATIALx Media
Synthetic Media Artist Programme

You've always had a story.
We'll teach you to
make it a song.

Not a course on software. A programme on becoming. Your voice. Your story. Your release. Your career — built with the most powerful creative tools that have ever existed.

You've opened the app.
Typed a prompt.
It sounded like everyone else.

You hit generate and got something — technically competent, utterly forgettable. Nothing like the thing you heard in your head. So you tried again. And again. And started to wonder if the problem was the tool.

It isn't. The problem is that nobody taught you the process. The process of knowing what you're trying to say before you start. The process of turning your story — your references, your history, your obsessions — into a sound that no one else could have made.

That's what this programme is.

01
"I've had an idea for an album for fifteen years. I just don't know how to make it."
02
"I write lyrics in notebooks that never become songs."
03
"I thought AI would fix it. But everything I make sounds generic, not mine."
04
"I'm a writer, a thinker, a storyteller. I just don't have the instrument to say it in sound."

You don't need more tools.
You need to know what you're trying to say.

Most people use AI music tools like a slot machine. Pull the lever, hope something good comes out. What comes out is exactly what you'd expect: average. Averaged from everything that has ever been made.

The artists making work that stops people — that actually moves them — aren't pulling the lever. They're directing. They arrived with something to say and they used the tool to say it.

Direction is a learnable skill. That's what we teach.

"If every lyric is yours, every concept is yours, every creative decision is yours — what exactly isn't?"

We had the same question when we started. We tested it by making five albums in a month. The authorship didn't waver. The tools changed. The artists didn't.

The instrument is ready. The question is whether you are.

This programme is for people
with something to say.

You don't need to read music. You don't need to play an instrument. You need a story, a voice, and the willingness to build something real.

The Writer
You've always suspected your words belong in sound as much as on the page.
Novelists, poets, screenwriters, journalists. You already know how to construct a narrative. Now learn to score it.
The Thinker
You have a philosophy, a worldview, a message the world doesn't have yet.
Teachers, speakers, founders, theologians. Sound carries meaning in ways words alone can't. This is the instrument for ideas.
The Frustrated
You've had an album inside you for years. The gates were always in the way.
The music industry spent decades charging admission. Those gates are gone. What's left is the work — and whether you're ready to do it.
The Builder
You want to use music as infrastructure — for a brand, a movement, a world.
Entrepreneurs, creators, and brand architects who know that sonic identity is the most underused asset in business.
The Curious
You saw what AI could do and felt something shift. You need to understand where this goes.
Early adopters of synthetic media who want to move from observer to practitioner before the mainstream catches up.
Not For You If
You want to mass-generate content without purpose.
We teach responsibility alongside possibility. If you're here to copy existing artists or bypass the creative process, this isn't the programme. There are no shortcuts to authorship.

Eight modules.
One complete sonic identity.

From your first idea to your first release — with a visual brand, a distribution strategy, and an audience that is actually looking for what you're making.

01
Find Your Voice
Discover what you actually want to say. Artistic identity, genre psychology, reference analysis, your unique creative signature — and why starting with your own IP is both an artistic and legal imperative.
Foundation
02
Build Your Sonic Identity
How to use tools like Suno — not to generate randomly, but to develop a consistent, recognisable sound that belongs to you. Style consistency, genre blending, voice character, sonic fingerprint.
Craft
03
Master the Craft of Lyrics and Story
AI can generate. Only you can author. We go deep on lyric writing, narrative structure, thematic arcs, and how to weave your own IP, research, and lived experience into music that resonates and endures.
Craft
04
Visual Identity and the Synthetic Artist Brand
Build a full visual world around your artist. Cover art direction, visual tone, social identity, and how to create an AI visual persona that represents your artist brand consistently across every platform.
Brand
05
Release Strategy and the Streaming World
Get music onto 100+ platforms. Read data, build playlists, pitch for editorial, and grow an audience without a major label — or anyone's permission.
Release
06
Monetisation and the New Music Economy
Licensing, sync, merchandise, crowdfunding, live events, content products. How to turn an artist identity into multiple income streams and build toward something that sustains itself.
Business
07
Trend Intelligence and Data-Led Creation
Use AI to read cultural trends, identify sonic gaps, and position releases to find an audience that is already looking for what you're about to make.
Strategy
08
Live Cohort Intensive
Direct mentorship from the SPATIALx founding team. Accountability, feedback, and a community of fellow synthetic artists in the making. Limited places per cohort — because this is where the real work happens.
Premium Tier

Not skills. An artist.
Fully formed. Fully yours.

A sonic identity nobody else could have made
Your voice, your references, your story — expressed as sound. Something that exists in the world because you made the choices, not because an algorithm averaged the options.
A release on 100+ streaming platforms
Not theoretical. Actual music in the actual world. On Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Tidal, and everywhere else listeners are looking for what you're making.
A visual brand and artist presence to match
Cover art, social identity, artist persona. The complete picture — because the music alone isn't enough if no one can find it, feel it, or remember it.
The confidence to call yourself an artist
And mean it. Fully. Without apology. This is the hardest outcome to manufacture — and the only one that matters for everything that comes after.
A release strategy and growing audience
The roadmap to grow beyond the first release. Playlists, editorial, press, community. The plan that turns a single into a discography.

This programme is built by Raya and Jonathan White, co-founders of SPATIALx — a synthetic media company that has been operating since 2017. Raya brings over 27 years of experience in technology and creative production, including a director role at Disney, a keynote at SXSW on mixed reality, and coverage in the Washington Post. Jonathan is the philosopher in the room — the one asking the questions the industry is too cautious to ask.

Together, they built FARA Records. They created House of Emet — a heavy metal synthetic artist rooted in Hebrew scripture and the Book of Enoch — from concept to release, across five albums, in a single month. This is not a course built by people who theorise about synthetic media. It's built by people who do it, every day, from a boat called IMAGINE in the north of England.

The methodology works. We know because we've lived it. We're sharing it because we think more people deserve to.
