We saw the future in 2017.
The world just caught up.
SPATIALx was built for a world that didn't exist yet. Now it does.

SPATIALx® Media creates and manages synthetic artists, digital twins, and cultural identities across music, media, and immersive environments.
In 2017, we started SPATIALx with one idea: that reality itself was going to become a medium. That holographic worlds, spatial computing, and synthetic presence would reshape every creative industry on earth. We weren't wrong — we were just early.
We are Raya and Jonathan. We've spent the past 27 years building things on the Internet (Raya — engineer, director, seven years at Disney, an appearance in the Washington Post, CIO, VR World, SXSW). Jonathan is a big-sky thinker, a philosopher of possibility. We make things real. Together, we've always been able to see what's coming before it arrives.
For four years, we watched society slowly understand what we had already mapped. We kept building, thinking, writing — even when SPATIALx itself went quiet. We set up 2050 Expert as a futures consultancy. We kept our eyes on the horizon. We waited for the moment.
That moment is now. And it arrived, of all places, on a boat called Imagine, moored in the north of England, with a question neither of us could stop asking: what is real music?
We're not here to replace musicians. We're not here to pour cold water on craft, on training, on the hard-won voice of someone who has played for ten thousand hours. We are here to ask why fiction isn't allowed in music the way it is in books, in film, in television. Nobody asks whether the writer of a screenplay "really lived" the story. Nobody assumes the novelist and the narrator are the same person. But somehow, in music, we demand confession.
We disagree. And we're going to make that disagreement very, very loud.
SPATIALx Media is our answer: a synthetic media record label, a school for sonic identity, and a cultural provocation. We're launching FARA Records — a label of AI-native artists whose stories are real, whose emotions are human, even when the instruments that carry them are synthetic. We're building a course to teach anyone with a story and a vision how to create their own sonic identity, release music, and build a career on their own terms.
And we're asking the question out loud, in public, where everyone can hear it: Does it matter?

FOUNDER'S STORY:
RAYA E.A. WHITE

This is the drawer opening.
We want to help you open yours.
I have loved heavy metal music my entire life. I learned to play electric guitar. I learned bass. And then I put it in the drawer — that drawer every creative knows — the one labelled "outside the realm of possibility."
The music industry had gates. The keepers of those gates expected a commitment I could not give while building a career, a company, a family. They wanted a signature in blood I was not willing to give.
We are now in the age of synthetic media. It has enabled me to finally create the music I've been thinking about for a very long time.
I built a complete heavy metal persona — House of Emet — grounded in years of study: the Bible, the earth, creation, the Book of Enoch. Emet means "truth" in Hebrew, a language I've been learning for five years. On March 20th, 2026, my first single went live on over 100 streaming platforms.
This is not about making music fast. It's about making music that's yours.
The tools have changed. The craft hasn't. Anyone can prompt an AI into generating a track. That is not what we teach. What we teach is something far harder and far more rewarding — how to build a sonic identity that is so distinctly, specifically, unmistakably you that no algorithm could replicate it without you behind it. Your voice. Your references. Your stories. Your obsessions. Your IP. Your vision. The tools are the instrument. You are still the musician.
At SPATIALx Media we believe that the most powerful creative act in the age of AI is not generation — it is curation. Knowing what to keep. Knowing what to discard. Knowing how to take a technology capable of producing anything and narrow it, shape it, direct it until it sounds like nobody else on earth. That is what we are building a course to teach. Not speed. Not volume. Sonic Identity.
